Breathe and stretch your way to a better you! Gain strength and flexibility while releasing the stress from the week. This yoga class is designed for the beginner in mind, however , all abilities and levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel to class.

One fitness class - $60/6 week session

Both Yoga & Pilates - $100/6 week session
