Aerial silks is a long fabric secured to the ceiling at its midpoint with two loose tails that hang freely towards the ground. In this class you will learn to use your strength and skill to defy gravity. You will strike poses, learn wraps, climbs, drops, and sequences all while suspending yourself in the air with the silks. With each class your strength will increase. An instructor will be guiding you, conditioning you, and teaching you how to maneuver with elegance and grace. We are excited for you to join us for this unique experience.
